Give yourself time

Time heals. Rushing into matters and taking impulsive decisions would not help you move on. Don’t let time get the best of you, instead just utilize these moments to heal from what has been bothering you. Go out alone or with friends. Do some yoga, rest, and sleep if that makes you better. Do not assume you would magically get better. Take a break, if you want.
